Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Parker-Hannifin in Brisbane, Queensland. As a part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and possess a strong work ethic and adaptability.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and in person. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Liaise with various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 5. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 7. Proactively identify and address potential customer service issues.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Excellent decision-making abilities. 4. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
