Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Eli Lilly is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work remotely from home in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The successful candidate will possess the following personality traits: resilience and resourcefulness, as well as soft skills in decision-making and analysis.


Responsibilities: - Providing outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Creating and updating customer accounts in our system - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contributing to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and resourceful attitude towards challenges - Strong decision-making and analytical skills
