We are looking for a part-time Remote Customer Support Associate to join Land O’Lakes in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting - Update customer records in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and feedback
Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong people management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the agriculture or food industry is a plus
