Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


PPG Industries is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to management. 7. Follow company policies and procedures in handling customer inquiries and concerns. 8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Personality Traits: The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing top-notch customer support and adaptable to changing situations.


Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs will be critical for success in this role.
