Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Associate at Asbury Automotive Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:


- Providing excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Handling customer complaints and finding creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis - Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on products and services - Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather customer feedback and improve service offerings


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Confident and energetic personality traits - Strong project management and strategic planning skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with ease - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
