Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information 5. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention 7. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends 8. Work closely with the sales team to support customer retention and growth initiatives


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation 2. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously 3. Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software 5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred 6. Experience in the agriculture or food industry a plus 7. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates 8. Australian work rights required
