Job Description - Customer Support Associate


Job Description:


First American Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a motivated and independent individual who possesses strong people management and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist with training new customer support team members as needed. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Strong motivation and ability to work independently. 3. Excellent people management and communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
