Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


James Hardie Industries is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a customer support role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and high-quality service to our customers - Develop and implement customer support procedures and policies to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer queries and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions for customer support representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge - Report regularly to senior management on customer support performance and key metrics - Travel to different locations as needed to oversee customer support operations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 6+ years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and a problem-solving mindset - Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example - Reliable and resourceful with a strong work ethic - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
