Job Description - Customer Support Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Support Manager to join Duke Energy in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track customer support team performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions for staff members to enhance their customer service skills - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continually improve operations


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively - Knowledge of customer service software and tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
