Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at USAA in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring that they deliver exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a solid understanding of customer service best practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coach a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Provide regular reports on team performance and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven experience in a leadership or management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong presentation and decision-making skills - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Knowledge of customer service software and tools - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
