Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Whole Foods Market is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent and confident, with strong soft skills such as persuasion and emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to improve the overall customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices - Monitor key performance indicators and report on team performance to senior management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years experience in customer support or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Experience managing a team of customer support representatives
