Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Ralph Lauren is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles and possess the personality traits of being energetic and dedicated. Additionally, candidates should have soft skills in emotional intelligence and teamwork.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives in providing exceptional service to our customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Develop and deliver training programs for customer support representatives. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems.
