Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


AutoZone is currently seeking a motivated and confident Customer Support Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to deliver outstanding customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and efficiency - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution - Monitor customer feedback and create action plans for improvement - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor customer support staff to enhance their skills and performance - Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, clients, and partners


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Analytical mindset - Motivated and confident personality traits
