Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at PPL. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor and analyze customer inquiries and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience - Collaborate with other departments to address customer-related issues and concerns - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer support - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer support - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven track record of managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer support - Attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
