Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Woodside Petroleum, a leading energy company in Adelaide, South Australia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a strong sense of drive and reliability.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses 2. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with our products or services 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely manner 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience 5. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences 6. Develop and maintain a good understanding of Woodside Petroleum's products and services 7. Assist in planning and executing customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 9. Provide feedback to management on customer issues and potential improvements 10. Inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment to create a positive customer support experience


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support roles 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 6. Driven and reliable personality traits 7. Strong planning and research skills 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 9. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
