Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description: Kellogg is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time Associate level position, the Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints promptly and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues. 4. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Providing feedback to the management team on customer trends and concerns. 6. Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. 7. Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure customer success.


Requirements: 1. Four years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. People management skills to handle difficult customer situations effectively. 5. Dedication to providing top-notch customer service at all times. 6. Confidence in dealing with various customer inquiries and complaints.
