Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Officer to join our team at Scentre Group in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude - Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
