Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Atlas Arteria is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer support within the infrastructure industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues effectively. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of customer support strategies and procedures. 5. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the customer support process. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong analytical and research skills to effectively solve customer problems. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 5. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. 6. No prior experience is necessary; we are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn and grow in their role.
