Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Customer Support Officer to join our team at Ross Stores in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time role that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders and returns accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Identify opportunities for innovation and creativity in improving customer support processes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Independent worker with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions - Flexibility to work remotely and travel, if necessary - Free accommodation provided during work-related travel
