Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Scentre Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team based in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, independent, possess strong communication skills, and display adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer support 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support team


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced work environment 5. Proficient in using customer support software and tools 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
