Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Navistar International is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels - Generating reports on customer feedback and trends to improve service


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently - Innovative mindset to improve customer support processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
