Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Exelon is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or queries they may have in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 3. Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other members of the customer support team to ensure seamless service delivery. 6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. 6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
