Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Ball is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful mindset with the ability to work autonomously - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Fluent in English, both spoken and written - High school diploma or equivalent
