We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Officer to join our team at Pushpay. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers 4. Process customer orders and refunds accurately 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 3. Resilient attitude to handle challenging customer situations 4. Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions 5. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems 7. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
