Job Description:


State Farm Insurance Cos. is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Adelaide, South Australia. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a resilient and reliable personality.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Use critical thinking and strategic planning skills to find innovative solutions to customer problems. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 6. Resilient and reliable personality traits. 7. Critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
