Job Description:
APA Group is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be a work from home opportunity based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate issues to management as needed. 8. Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Driven and resilient personality traits. 6. Strong analytical skills and adaptability. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualification in customer service is a plus.
