Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Coles Group is currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company


Requirements: - Energetic and passionate individual with a strong desire to help customers - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certification in customer service a plus
