Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team at Redbubble in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate level employee with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and assistance with orders - Escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Excellent presentation and persuasion skills - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
