Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Insight Enterprises is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of independence and adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 5. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 5. Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
