Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Unum Group is currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. We are looking for a resourceful and confident individual with strong critical thinking and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution - Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Managing customer accounts and updating information as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours
