Job Description:
Crown Holdings is seeking a highly energetic and independent Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with product orders, returns, and exchanges. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues. 4. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic personality with the ability to work independently. 3. Strong strategic planning and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
