Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Macy’s is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, possess adaptability, and be highly motivated.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns - Stay up-to-date on company products and policies - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptability to changing work environments - Highly motivated and innovative - Experience working remotely is a plus
