Job Description:
Deputy is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support and possess a strong work ethic. Adaptability and hard work are essential personality traits for this position, while creativity and negotiation skills are important soft skills for success in this role.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements: - Proven customer support experience - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in MS Office - Fast typing skills
