Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Mondelez International is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.


As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing exceptional customer service to all clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately - Collaborating with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services


The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and skills: - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen and problem-solve - Critical thinking and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
