Job Description:

Cigna is seeking a motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through live chat conversations on our website. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer questions and provide assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Collect and record customer information accurately in our system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience
