Job Description - Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:


DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat - Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the customer experience


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Driven and hardworking with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Innovative thinker with strong analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
