Job Description:

Fortescue Metals Group is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information in a timely and professional manner - Respond to customer messages promptly and accurately - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service - Strong planning and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
