Job Description:
Spectra Energy is seeking a part-time Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general queries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers - Utilize company resources and tools to effectively address customer needs - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service - Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the customer service process
Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable nature to handle a variety of customer inquiries - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members - Innovative mindset to find creative solutions to complex problems - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment - Familiarity with Spectra Energy products or willingness to learn - Must have a reliable internet connection and workspace - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
