Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Visteon. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Perth, Western Australia. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance. 2. Deliver a positive customer experience by utilizing strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Assist with order processing, product information, and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm to keep customers engaged and satisfied. 5. Collaborate with team members to strategize and plan effectively for customer interactions. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues. 7. Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services offered. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Confident and energetic personality with the ability to engage with customers effectively. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to think strategically and plan effectively for customer interactions. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
