Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Kindred Healthcare is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Perth, Western Australia, AU. The Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to clients through online chat services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through live chat to provide assistance with inquiries, information, and support - Answer questions and provide solutions to client issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards clients - Assist clients in navigating the company's products, services, and website - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's system - Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client interactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Motivated and customer-focused individual - Proficiency in computer skills and using online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
