Job Description - Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

**Job Description:**


Coles Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform.


**Responsibilities:** - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat system to answer questions, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues they may have - Use decision-making skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude - Analyze customer interactions to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for ongoing training - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


**Requirements:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle high-volume customer interactions - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions - Excellent written communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
