Job Description:
As a Live Chat Associate at ConAgra Foods, your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communication methods. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, order processing, and general inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities: - Manage live chat conversations with customers in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate information and recommendations to assist customers with their inquiries - Process orders and handle customer requests with a sense of urgency and attention to detail - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards all customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure a resolution - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic individual who thrives in a customer-centric environment - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers while maintaining professionalism - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
