Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Toys “R” Us is seeking a dedicated and motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields, you will play a key role in engaging with customers through our online live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers in real-time through live chat to provide product information, address inquiries, and resolve issues. 2. Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and processing returns and exchanges. 3. Utilize strong negotiation skills to upsell products and offer promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. 4. Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed. 6. Ensure a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all customer interactions to uphold the company's reputation.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and customer-focused demeanor. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 3. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze customer behavior to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. 5. Previous experience in a customer service role or similar field is required. 6. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
