Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and answer queries about TechnologyOne products and services - Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively - Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Execute effective planning and time management to handle multiple chats simultaneously - Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to overall customer satisfaction goals
