Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Ingram Micro is looking for a motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat. 2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. 3. Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 6. Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Driven and confident personality traits. 2. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms. 6. Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
