Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Airtasker is looking for a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a part-time Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, and possess strong time management and research skills.

Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner -Provide accurate information and resolution to customer issues -Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department -Track and maintain customer records and interactions in the company database -Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies -Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction -Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: -2 years of experience in customer service or a related field -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively -Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Ability to work independently and as part of a team
