Genesis Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider in Adelaide, South Australia, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic and adaptable, with strong soft skills in creativity and strategic planning.
Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the live chat platform, including responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the live chat channel - Work closely with the marketing team to promote live chat as a preferred customer support channel - Monitor and analyze chat data to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support or live chat management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
