Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Live Chat Manager to join our team at Becton Dickinson in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or related fields, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents and oversee daily operations - Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to provide timely and accurate information to customers - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the chat platform


Requirements: - Proven experience in managing a live chat platform or customer service team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes - Innovative mindset and willingness to explore new technologies and strategies - Adaptable and hardworking attitude - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
