Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Incitec Pivot is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing all live chat operations for our company. This part-time role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all live chat operations, including training, scheduling, and performance management of chat agents - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction through live chat - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure a seamless live chat experience for customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management - Drive team performance through effective leadership, motivation, and mentorship


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in live chat management or a related customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proven track record of driving results and achieving goals - Experience with chat software and systems - Teamwork and research skills - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Equal opportunity statement
