Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team at HP in Perth, Western Australia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing live chat operations and a proven track record of success in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote live chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality customer interactions - Develop and implement strategies to improve live chat performance, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores - Monitor live chat interactions in real-time, providing feedback and coaching to agents as needed - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize team performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that impact live chat effectiveness and customer experience - Stay informed about industry best practices and technology advancements in live chat management
Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Proven experience managing a remote live chat team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in relevant software and tools for live chat management - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
